Hey everyone!! I have
looked forward to photographing this little lady for a long time, all by
herself and in her element. Paisley’s
mom is a long time friend of mine and the two girls came to my house in Southwest Missouri where we picked wildflowers, skipped rocks at
the creek (one of Paisley’s favorite
activities), and enjoyed a sunny and breezy Sunday afternoon. Nature was definitely an inspiration in the
shoot.
I jumped at the chance to make another flower head piece for
this session. Paisley’s
flower crown was created with blush and burgundy strawflowers and baby’s breath. The adorable pink outfit she is wearing in
the field is hand made by her Mimi as well as the flower patchwork quilt!! I love how those small details came together. After the session we cooled off inside and
little P enjoyed a sweet treat while helping me test lighting in a studio setting. We had such a great time on this session and
I look forward to many more with this southern sweetie.
