I have another maternity session to share, featuring Mrs. Jamie.
Jamie contacted me about photographing a years worth of sessions for
her baby boy. I was ecstatic since this is my first session purchased
for a baby's first year photos. I look forward to watching Lucas grow
over the next year. We started off with her maternity session and
third times a charm with this one. We had to reschedule the session twice before because of rain.
Boy!! I wish we had those
problems now with the dry weather here in Arkansas lately. Jamie and
her husband John met me in Lowell at one of my very favorite locations
at a church that has amazing grounds. We decided on an early morning
session since we are all morning people. No really, the light in the
morning on a relatively sunny day is amazing. The earlier the better
too since morning light quickly dissipates.
Jamie and
John are pretty laid back which made the session so easy! I could
tell how much John adores Jamie and how excited they both were to
welcome their first bundle of joy, little Lucas. Luckily, we shot this maternity session when we
did because it wasn't even a couple of days after that Lucas came into
the world. He was just holding out for momma to get her pictures made.
What a sweetie!
